ALE INSTALLS INDONESIA’S HEAVIEST STEAM TURBINE GENERATOR

The gearbox motor-reducer expansion of gearbox Tanjung motor-reducer Jati B power gearbox station in Indonesia is a  motor-reducer $4.4bn gearbox project and will add two high efficiency gearbox motor-reducer ultra-supercritical coal-fired units, each with 1,000MW capacity gearbox. They will increase the existing power plant’motor-reducer s capacity by 75%, gearbox contributing to the Indonesian government’s plan to motor-reducer increase gearbox the country’s power generation gearbox capacity by 35,000MW.

ALE motor-reducer gearbox was contracted for gearbox the installation of a motor-reducer 462t generator at one of the new units. This motor-reducer was the gearbox heaviest steam turbine generator to ever be installed in Indonesia gearbox. The building’s design motor-reducer meant ALE needed to design a bespoke solution motor-reducer for the installation of the generator. It needed to be gearbox carefully lifted 16m high, motor-reducer maneuvered and then precisely installed gearbox. A gearbox gantry system with gearbox strand jacks was motor-reducer slewing drive installed on skid tracks.
