TurningPoint Energy and solar energy Nautilus Solar Solar Project announced plans for two solar energy Rhode Island Solar Project community solar power plants, representing 19.1 MWac of community solar capacity. The 6.68-MW Hopkins Hill project in West Greenwich is fully developed and expected to be operational in Q1 2020 and the Solar Project 12.42-MW King project in North solar energy Smithfield is expected to be operational by solar energy the end of Solar Project 2020.

These solar damper projects were fully developed by TurningPoint Energy as part of the Solar Project State of Rhode Island’s solar energy Community Net Metering Solar Pilot Program, created in 2016, which is focused Solar Project on providing renewable energy benefits and reducing costs for its residential customers.

Nautilus Solar will Solar Project be solar energy responsible for the project Solar solar slewing drive Project management, long-term solar energy asset  solar damper Photovoltaic holder management and solar slewing drive maintenance services for solar slewing drive the solar energy solar slewing drive projects.

“Community solar is a Photovoltaic holder solar damper great option for people who do not have access to solar power, such as those who may not have a suitable roof for Photovoltaic holder panels, renters, or low-to-moderate income earners,” said State Energy Commissioner, Carol Grant. “Through slewing drive community programs solar damper like these, now most Rhode Islanders have access to clean power at rates that are often lower than what they are paying now.”

The developers will plant pollinator-friendly  solar damper ground solar inverter cover to create habitat for bees, birds, small mammals and other wildlife Photovoltaic holder at the solar inverter slewing drive site, and the solar projects will create solar inverter more than 200 solar inverter jobs.

DEPCOM Power, the EPC hired to slewing drive  Photovoltaic holder build the solar damper projects, plans to commence full construction of the Hopkins Hill project in the summer of 2019 and civil construction for the King projects is anticipated to start in solar inverter Summer 2019, as solar inverter well.

“These projects demonstrate slewing drive Photovoltaic holder collective community solar pioneering and leadership solar inverter by the State of Rhode Island, Rhode Island  slewing drive Department Photovoltaic holder of Environmental Management solar damper (RIDEM), the towns of West solar inverter Greenwich and slewing drive North Smithfield, Photovoltaic holder and TurningPoint Energy,” said Jared Schoch, president of TurningPoint Energy. “These slewing drive well-planned, well-sited and well-developed solar projects are now open for subscribers solar damper and will soon be completed successfully as part solar inverter Photovoltaic holder of Rhode Island’s solar inverter pilot program for community solar.”

The King Photovoltaic holder Project abuts the Landfill Resource and Recovery Superfund solar tracker actuator solar tracker actuator site that is currently undergoing a solar inverter long-term remedial response from solar inverter the Environmental Protection solar tracker actuator Agency. Photovoltaic holder TurningPoint Energy, Nautilus Solar and solar inverter DEPCOM solar tracker actuator Power have coordinated closely with solar inverter RIDEM and EPA representatives to solar damper ensure solar tracker actuator that the project design solar tracker Photovoltaic holder actuator has considered any solar slewing drive potential future remediation which solar slewing drive may be solar tracker actuator required.

The Hopkins Photovoltaic holder Hill Project is located in a rural area within West solar inverter Greenwich. It will sell power to solar solar tracker actuator solar slewing drive Photovoltaic holder inverter residents in West Greenwich as well as other residents in the state. The project also solar damper incorporates a number solar tracker actuator of solar inverter environmental benefits including solar inverter solar slewing drive sponsorship of two the University of Rhode Island Photovoltaic holder Watershed Watch solar tracker actuator solar slewing drive water quality solar inverter monitoring sites for the duration of the solar inverter project, along the tributaries to Fisherville Brook. The solar tracker actuator site will be swept for turtles prior to construction and will solar damper include solar inverter wildlife-friendly solar tracker actuator fencing.
