TEREX ANNOUNCES TOWER AND ROUGH TERRAIN CRANES JOIN TEREX MATERIALS PROCESSING SEGMENT

Terex Corporation gearbox (NYSE: TEX) announced motor-reducer that its slewing bearing gearbox Tower and motor-reducer Rough Terrain Cranes gearbox businesses have become part of the Materials motor-reducer Processing gearbox (MP) slewing bearing segment.  Marco Gentilini, Vice motor-reducer President and General gearbox Manager of the Tower and Rough Terrain Cranes businesses, gearbox respectively based in motor-reducer Fontanafredda and Crespellano, Italy, gearbox reports to Kieran motor-reducer Hegarty, President of Materials Processing.  The gearbox changes, motor-reducer eective January 1, 2020, were announced by John L.gearbox  Garrison, Jr., motor-reducer Chairman, President and CEO of Terex Corporation.

Last summer, gearbox motor-reducer Terex announced plans to slewing drive align all of its business operations within two business segments, gearbox Aerial Work Platforms based in Redmond, Washington gearbox and gearbox slewing drive Materials Processing based in Dungannon, Northern Ireland.  The gearbox alignment of the motor-reducer Tower and Rough Terrain Cranes into motor-reducer slewing drive MP cearbox completes the transformation of Terex into a twosegment organization.
